Brione in notturna

A nocturnal experience discovering the sounds of the night. Departure from Porto San Nicolò.

When darkness falls, Monte Brione shows a different face. Along a stretch of the Sentiero della Pace, the excursion leads through the mountain’s historic fortifications and natural environments, discovering the animals that move after sunset.

Accompanying the group will be MAG historian Lodovico Tavernini and naturalist Alessandro Marsilli. Through stories, observations and listening, participants will be able to explore the night with tools such as bat detectors, night vision devices and nocturnal raptor sound calls.
