Descrizione

This year the collective workshops with the exuberant Ruggge are divided by age: children will be able to build little monkeys, colourful flowers, carnivorous plants and large green leaves from recycled materials to create a noisy, festive jungle. Adults in the 17:00 workshops will participate in building a single large majestic creature, such as a boa or a colourful bird, to carry in the Sunday evening parade.

Ruggero Asnago (Ruggge), born 1984, is an illustrator, visual artist and teacher of artistic disciplines. He has always loved playing with images, both still and moving, ranging across graphic design and the visual arts with a particular eye for puppet theatre in all its forms. Widespread participation, sharing, collective workshops and artist residencies are recurring elements in his research, and fundamental ingredients for choral works whose results are in constant evolution. He lives and works in Milan.
