The Jury for the second edition of the Notte di Fiaba Illustration Competition met on the morning of Friday, April 17, 2015. The originality of the idea, the irony, and the dynamism of the panels, with a careful balance of narrative and compositional elements, characterize a truly unique work, in which the modern depiction of Little Red Riding Hood stands out for its extraordinary relevance.
The expressive power of the line work, the original compositional choices, and the evocative atmospheres offer the reader a lyrical interpretation built on intense emotions.
The formal elegance of the retro-inspired images updates figurative styles with a new perspective marked by dynamic rhythm and skillful use of light.

ll Notte di Fiaba Illustration Contest nasce nel 2014 su iniziativa di Enzo Bassetti, Presidente onorario di Notte di Fiaba, ed è ideato e progettato da Chiara Tomasi, Direttrice Artistica del Concorso, con il supporto del professor Livio Sossi, tra i più autorevoli studiosi europei di letteratura per l’infanzia e illustrazione.
